Privacy Policy

Photos and drafts

Manual image assembly and video export happen in your browser. Your draft, images and captions are saved in this browser on this device. Clearing site data can remove them. A local draft is not a cloud backup or a cross-device sync service.

When you request AI generation, your reference image is uploaded to account storage and sent to APIMart for Nano Banana 2 image processing. The service returns generated images which are stored with the task. Do not upload sensitive documents or photographs you lack permission to process. We do not publish your account uploads as examples without permission.

Account and service records

We process your email, account name, authentication records, uploaded files, generation prompts, task status, credit transactions and relevant support information to operate the service. Password authentication uses the authentication system's password hashing. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and object storage. Resend delivers account emails. APIMart processes AI image requests. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. See Cloudflare's privacy policy, Resend's privacy policy and APIMart for their service information.

Payments

Waffo handles checkout as merchant of record. We receive order references, product and payment status and the account association needed to grant credits. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Waffo's checkout provides its own payment and privacy information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages of the production website to understand page visits. Analytics cookies can identify repeat browser visits. We exclude login, account, admin, history and other private pages. We do not send uploaded images, prompts, account emails, credit balances or payment details to GA4.

Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. External referrers are reduced to their origin. Advertising signals and enhanced measurement are disabled. You can block analytics with your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on. See Google's privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Account files and generation records are retained to provide account history and downloads until deleted or no longer needed for the service. Payment and security records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. No automatic short-period deletion of photos is promised.

Use account settings to manage or delete your account, or contact support for access, correction or deletion requests. Clearing browser site data removes local drafts independently of your account. Copies already sent to a service provider are subject to that provider's retention processes.

Appropriate use and changes

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload images of children. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised effective date here.

Content checks

Waffo receives generation prompts for safety checking. SeeAPI receives the generated image for output screening. Before AI generation, prompts are checked by Waffo Prompt Sift. Generated images are screened through SeeAPI before becoming available. Checks can reject or hold a request; an unconfirmed safety result is not published. We retain task identifiers, verdicts and check references to investigate reports. Automated checks can be wrong; contact support with the task ID to request review.
