Help with a generation
Include your account email, task ID from History, approximate time and a brief description of the problem. Check the generation help guide first if a task is pending or a slide is missing.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive photos. We will ask for only the additional information needed to investigate.
Help with a purchase
Include the Waffo order reference and the email used at checkout. Our refund policy explains purchase requests. Failed-generation credit returns are separate from payment refunds.
Privacy and content reports
Use the same support address to request access or deletion, report unauthorized use of an image, or flag harmful content. Identify the relevant account, task or URL and explain your relationship to the content. We review reports and may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account where appropriate.
