Terms for using the Sorry I Lied AI costume reveal generator and purchasing credits.

Your account and photos
You must be at least 18 years old. Use only photographs you own or have permission to edit and process through the service. Do not upload photographs of children. You are responsible for your account credentials, the content you submit and how you use the results.
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including processing by our image provider. This does not give us permission to use your private uploads as public marketing examples.
The service and its limits
Sorry I Lied creates AI costume edits with Nano Banana 2 through APIMart and assembles a four-slide reveal in your browser. AI output can change facial details, poses, hands or backgrounds. Review results before sharing. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular creative result, uninterrupted availability or social-media performance.
The original image is retained as the fourth slide. Video exports are silent; format support depends on your browser. You are responsible for rights to any music you add. Third-party brands and credited reference posts are not endorsements or affiliations.
Credits and purchases
Starter costs $4.99 for 15 credits; Play costs $19.99 for 75; Creator costs $49.99 for 225. These are one-time packages, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. Each generated or redone AI image uses 5 credits. Three new images use 15 credits before redos. Editing captions and repeating exports use no generation credits.
Waffo handles checkout as merchant of record. The checkout displays the final payable amount, including applicable taxes. Credits are granted after a verified successful payment event. Credits cannot be transferred between users, redeemed for cash or used outside this service.
Technical generation failures have a credit-return process. Check the task's actual status in History. Redoing an already completed image is a new request. Payment refunds are covered by the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not submit or create pornography or other NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, child sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate images, sexualized images of minors, identity theft, fraudulent impersonation, threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory content, content promoting violence or illegal activity, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not use images to deceive people about a real person's actions or identity.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse payment or credit systems, upload malware, interfere with the service or access another user's files. We may restrict requests, remove content or suspend accounts for abuse.
Reporting and support
Report prohibited or unauthorized content to support@sorryilied.app with the task or URL and the reason for the report. We review reports and may remove content, limit access, suspend an account or respond to lawful requests. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to investigate.
Responsibility and changes
The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining publication rights. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. We may update the terms and publish the effective date here.
Content checks
Before AI generation, prompts are checked by Waffo Prompt Sift. Generated images are screened through SeeAPI before becoming available. Checks can reject or hold a request; an unconfirmed safety result is not published. We retain task identifiers, verdicts and check references to investigate reports. Automated checks can be wrong; contact support with the task ID to request review.
